HawkNotes is a macOS application that allows you to create, organize, and richly edit notes. You can format text and export your notes in supported file formats, including RTF, DOC, PDF, HTML, and other available formats.
HawkNotes is designed with privacy in mind. The app does not require user accounts, registration, or authentication. Your notes and files remain on your computer unless you choose to share or transfer them using your own operating system or third-party services.
HawkNotes does not collect, store, or transmit your personal information or the content of your notes to our servers.
Because HawkNotes does not collect personal data or note content, we do not use your information for tracking, profiling, advertising, or any other data-driven purpose.
Your notes and related app data are stored locally on your Mac. HawkNotes processes note content directly on your computer.
The app does not operate its own servers for storing, syncing, or processing your notes. You remain in control of the files you create, save, and manage on your computer.
HawkNotes allows you to export notes in supported formats, which may include RTF, DOC, PDF, HTML, and other formats available within the app.
Exported files are created on your computer in the location you choose. HawkNotes does not upload or transmit exported files to our servers.
If you choose to share, upload, synchronize, or transfer an exported file using macOS or a third-party service, that activity is governed by the privacy practices and settings of the service you choose.
Because HawkNotes does not collect or store your notes or personal data on our servers, your content remains under your control on your computer. Standard platform security measures are used to support the app and its functionality.
HawkNotes is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed to children under the age of 13. Because the app does not collect personal information, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Because HawkNotes does not collect or store personal data or note content on our servers, there is generally no personal information held by us for you to access, modify, or delete.
You can manage or delete your notes and exported files directly from your computer.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the app after changes become effective indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
