Pet Vet AI & Maps is an iOS app that provides AI‑powered veterinary guidance and convenient maps to nearby veterinary clinics and pet shelters. We designed the app with privacy in mind: we do not collect analytics, we do not track you, and your chat history stays on your device.
The app does not collect personal data.
We use the minimal information necessary to provide the app’s core features:
We do not use your information for advertising or user profiling.
When you ask the AI assistant a question, your prompt is transmitted via a secure proxy to an AI service provider solely for the purpose of generating a response. We do not log or persist your prompts on our servers beyond what is technically necessary to complete the request.
The AI provider may process your prompt under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not combine AI request data with any personal identifiers and we do not build profiles.
We use modern security practices, including HTTPS/TLS for network communications and least‑privilege server design for the proxy. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
The app is intended for general audiences and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently processed information from a child, please contact us so we can delete it.
If you are in the EEA/UK, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your data. Because we do not collect personal data on our servers, many of these rights can be exercised by using in‑app settings (e.g., clearing chat history) or by deleting the app.
We do not “sell” or “share” personal information as defined by California law and we do not use cross‑context behavioral advertising.
AI requests may be routed to data centers operated by our AI provider, which may be located outside your country. These providers use appropriate safeguards as described in their policies.
We do not integrate third‑party analytics SDKs or advertising networks.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you in‑app. Your continued use of the app means you accept the updated policy.

We may suspend or terminate access to the app for misuse or violations of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your place of residence, unless a different law is required by mandatory consumer protection rules.
